1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to dota2.my. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and dota2.my ("dota2", "we", "platform"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and content offered through the dota2.my website.
By registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or simply accessing the dota2 website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue your use of the dota2 platform immediately.
Dota2 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the dota2 platform following any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.
Important: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you have any questions about any part of these terms, please contact the dota2.my support team at [email protected] before continuing to use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration

During the dota2 account registration process, you are required to provide accurate information, including your full name as shown on your ID, an active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and a secure password. This information will be used for identity verification and withdrawal processing purposes.

4. Bonus & Promotions
Dota2 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms stated at the time of the offer. However, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses at dota2:
- Bonuses are available to verified registered members of dota2.my only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.
- Dota2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or a breach of terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value outside of their designated wagering purpose.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is a serious violation of dota2's Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension without warning.
- Dota2 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice.
5. Game Rules
All games available on dota2.my — including slots such as Buffalo Megaways, Valley of Gods, and Jammin Jars, as well as live casino games such as Lightning Dice — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules. The following general rules apply to all games on the dota2 platform:
- All game outcomes at dota2 are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.
- Dota2 uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been certified by an independent body for all slots and table games, ensuring every round is entirely random and fair.
- In the event of a technical disruption, software error, or connection failure during an active round, dota2 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the dota2 system cannot be cancelled or amended.
- The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself. Members are responsible for reviewing these limits before playing.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating while playing on dota2 is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
